Customers
Any entity (e.g., a company or individual) that has registered or otherwise entered into a relationship with Northsea for access to the Platform, whether via a paid subscription, contract, or free tier. In our Privacy Notice we use the synonymous term "Originator".Platform Users
An authorized user who accesses the Northsea Platform on behalf of a Customer (for example, a Customer's employee or contractor using the account). Platform Users must be authorized by the Customer and will be subject to these Terms.Participants
An individual who participates in research activities facilitated through the Platform (e.g., a survey respondent or interviewee). Participants provide data and responses but do not have direct access to the Platform's analytical tools.Website Visitors
